    The company Fritschi was originally founded by Albert Fritschi in the Kandertal Valley in 1960. Initially a mechanical workshop, the company moved into the field of ski bindings manufacture in the late sixties when it began serial production of plate bindings. As time went on, the company amassed considerable expertise in the development and production of innovative binding systems.

    The brothers Andreas and Christian Fritschi have continuously developed their second-generation company to be the global market leader in the niche of ski tour and freeride bindings with walking function.
